Digital Certificates of Authenticity · Permanently Verified
Provenance,
preserved.
Artchive is where artists, galleries, and collectors record the truth of a work — its author, its edition, its journey.
A digital certificate, bound to the physical object, owned by whoever holds it next.

Works with living provenance
How it works
Three parties. One record.
The Artist Registers
Every artwork starts with the artist. They create a permanent digital record of their work — proving they made it, when it was made, and what the ownership terms are. No paperwork, no middlemen.
The Gallery Represents
Galleries issue a Digital Certificate of Authenticity for each work they represent on behalf of the artist. The artwork's full history travels with it, from studio to collector.
The Collector Holds
Collectors receive a physical tag bonded to the artwork itself. Scan it to verify authenticity, check provenance, or transfer ownership. The certificate stays with the piece — through every resale, forever.

Artists on Artchive
“A painting is a record of a hand. A certificate is a record of the painting. Together, they become a record of trust — one that no warehouse fire, no forgotten invoice, no dead gallery can undo.”
